Reporting a Maintenance Concern

Maintenance requests must be made in writing using this form or texting us at (989)-401-3300. Requests are monitored 7 days a week. Requests are responded to during normal business hours, which are M-F 9AM to 5PM. Our goal is to address urgent matters within 1 business day and non-urgent matters within 5 business days. Our maintenance staff will make three attempts to contact you at the number provided. After three failed attempts the ticket will be closed. Please return messages promptly.
